A familiar place for your Windows PCs.
Built around your day
A home PC, an office desktop, a laptop on the move. Give each computer a place in DeskReach and keep track of the apps you’ve linked.
Add your home computer to your workspace and see when its DeskReach app is online.
Your home setup, recognised.Give your office PCs clear names and manage their app links from the same portal.
Your office PCs, organised.Include a laptop or another Windows PC. Your workspace can bring several computers together.
Your other PCs, included. The first connection
The current pilot starts with pairing. Each Windows app is linked to a computer record after approval on that PC.
Sign into your DeskReach workspace, add a computer and give it a name you’ll recognise. Choose “Connect Windows app” to get started.
Download the Windows pilot from your portal. Enter a fresh pairing code in the app, check the workspace and PC name, then approve the link on that computer.
Keep the Windows app open and return to your portal. A recent check-in shows as “App online”. You can pause reporting or unlink the app when you choose.
A clear path forward
DeskReach is being developed in stages. Here’s exactly what the private pilot offers and which features are still to come.
Save computer records, approve Windows app links and see recent app activity.

PlannedCommercial plans and paid subscriptions will follow development and testing.
PlannedYou make the connection
Pairing starts with a decision on the PC itself. The current pilot gives you clear controls over which apps are linked and when they report their status.
Check the workspace and computer name in the Windows app before accepting a pairing request.
Pause status reporting in the app. Closing the app also stops it from reporting online status.
Remove an app link from your portal or the connected app. A new link needs a fresh pairing code.
Good to know
Starting small, with a clear view of what’s available and how to try it.
Not yet. The current pilot handles computer records, Windows app pairing and online status. Browsing shared folders and transferring files are the next development stage. “App online” confirms a recent connection to the website; it does not mean remote file access is available.
The Windows app targets Windows 10 and Windows 11 with .NET Framework 4.8 or newer. It is an unsigned private pilot and is still undergoing testing. You can view your workspace in a web browser on another device.
No. You can use the portal without pairing the computer you’re browsing on. Open and approve the Windows app on the PC you actually want to link, such as your office computer. Generate its pairing code when you’re ready; codes last ten minutes.
Yes. Each computer has its own record and Windows app link within your workspace. Add your home PC, office PCs and other Windows computers up to your workspace’s pilot limit.
DeskReach is currently a private, invitation-only pilot. Existing participants can sign into their workspace. Public registration, paid subscriptions and a commercial release are planned for later.
